Love that anthracite, especially with saddle interior. GO SEE MY LAST POST, THERE IS SOMETHING IN THERE FOR YOU

Im not keen on grey really. And I think it would suit the car better if the interior was red.

Too much red for me. I would constantly feel I was sitting inside a tomato..

My biggest problem with this red would be the fact that it looks different from the red of the starter button. And that would annoy me

Also very true! For me it would just be that there is just red. Nothing to break it up or balance it. Red is great as an accent colour but not as the base for large busy(!) interior surfaces.
Simple hotrod benchseat with a black paintjob and red interior hell yes.
Dash, doors, seats, floormats, wheels etc. with a lot of lines.. You lose contrast.

Pretty much completely agree with your theory. I am just a sucker for colored interiors.

Just like my 525i - good color combination (although I'd rather have a deep red/burgundy interior)

Red would be better contrast, but the saddle is just fine... its elegant

I will always take saddle/beige interior over black or grey, but just look at the combo in the picture below and tell me it's not drop-dead gorgeous.
